The newly built Villa Tilia is situated on a wonderful spot above the village of Seis. This is where Judith and Stefan Perathoner have made their dream of a private home surrounded by nature come true.
As they don’t need the whole house for themselves and their children, they rent four holiday flats to friends and guests.
Having built Villa Tilia to be their own home, they made a point of creating a high quality house, furnished with natural materials.
